The war is raging on and kestrel is trapped at a work camp in the tundra. She wants Arin to save her but he doesn't even know that she is lost.
I liked the characters and how it ended. I was frustrated with all of the back and forth of the relationship and all of the uncertainty. I just wanted Arin and kestrel to talk to one another and work everything out.
