The 9th Judgment by James Patterson
My rating: 3 of 5 stars
When a jewelry thief is accused of a murder she didn't commit she has to find a way around her unfortunate circumstances. On the other hand, there is a murderer killing innocent ladies and their babies with no end in sight. Of course, sergeant Lindsay boxer is caught up in the middle.
I thought the baby killer angle was interesting, it certainly rubbed the characters into a more emotional state. It is bugging me that it still seems as if Lindsay is on the fence about her relationship with Joe and liking Richie, even though he is daring one of her best friends.
