Nadiah has been looking for a kindred male to challenge her blood bond. Now that the bond is growing stronger she is running out of time. Rast steps in to declare that he will fight for her but he doesn't realize exactly what he is getting himself into.

I really didn't like Rast at first, I'm sure that was the intended feeling by the author. His spirit and protective nature with Nadiah did grow on me.

I though their story was interesting and it incorporated really well into what previously happened while expanding the plot into multiple avenues. I'm really excited to see what is going to happen next. Merrick seems just like a character out of Firefly.

As interesting as it was to see inside the mind of a character that I have come to despise I just could not get past everything he had done. I briefly felt bad for Atticus at some points in this book however that did not out way my overall dislike of the man. I did like getting the insight into what made him the way he was though.

Review: Infinity

This series is a spin off of sherrilyn Kenyon's dark hunter series but these young adult books specifically feature nick gauiter while he was growing up and what he experiences. This first book I didn't like as much as I did the main series but it is interesting to see how people originally meet and also to get more of the overall story.

Six years ago lord sin had been the center of embarrassment and it was all caused by Rose Belflour. Now with a not so chance meeting at his aunts house he wants to rectify the situation once and for all.

This book was absolutely delightful. I loved all of the competition and witty banter between the two. They were made for one another from the beginning and their characters meshed well with the others.

I like Margery all along in the other books and I was very happy she ended up with her own story. The overall story was interesting and Henry was a great hero for her. I am glad this series ended on such a happy note and that this one involved a little murder mystery making the whole thing that more exciting

Tess had been scandalously married three times but not for the reasons the ton thought. The ton characterized her As a whore and she was farther from that than anyone realized. Now having her own reasons to marry again she chooses the perfect candidate in Owen purchase, lord Rothbury, who she finds can help her more than she knows.

I actually liked this book better than the other ones in the series so far. I liked how far off everyone of the ton was about Tess and the upstanding character Owen portrayed to her. This book certainly caught my interest.

Review: Night Play

Night Play by Sherrilyn Kenyon

Vane and his brother fang are in trouble. After the death of their sister Anya and her puppies due to the fact that vane helped the dark hunters their father banishes them from the clan. Vane must now find a way to protect himself and his brother from being hunted down by their father but along the way he meets bride, a human, and finds out the hard way that she just so happens to be his mate. Now he has just three weeks to convince her to accept him of else he might loose the chance of ever having a mate.

It is nice that Kenyon is able to write about the everyday woman. Bride is by no means the sought after romanticized version of what a woman should be, she just is herself. I loved how vane animalistic nature is so protective of her and it really shows how much he cares in his attitude towards her.

This enchanted world that Sherrilyn Kenyon has developed for readers is truly unique and inspiring. In this novel she once again does not disappoint.

Kenyon inspires a wide range of different characters of all shapes and sizes while going out of the box to make each one unique. All of her characters are liable and really to the every day person. Vane takes charge in a way no other man could as he develops feelings for Bride beyond his control.

I love how characters from the previous books appear and add to the story. Especially Ash and Simi, they just make every book more enjoyable to read!
